● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA ● Employment Status: 1099 ● Salary: $315,000 base, up to $327,000 ● Location: Lufkin, TX ● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD ● Call: Call Required, 1:7 $1,000 per weekend call day (Sat/Sun) ● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), Spine, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Cardiology and CV. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, endo, OB/GYN and CV cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but facility is willing to train.
