Job Title: Locum CRNA Employment Status: 1099 Location: North-Central Indiana Duration: PRN needs in August and October. Ongoing, weekly in 2027, 3-6 month contracts available. Shifts: 8s (7am-3pm) or 10s (7am-5pm). Call: Every 3rd night, must do OB - no call for late room. Call response time is 20 minutes. Providers working 10-hour shifts will not take call. There is also an option to work 10-hour shifts with no call. Job Type: Locum/Contract Case Types: Endo, OB, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, GYN, and Ortho Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license. Special Requirements: Must provide case logs that show proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks. Provider must enroll in Indiana PCF. EMR: Cerner Supervision Model: MD onsite - CRNAs work independently with little to no supervision. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted Indiana license (RN only). ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in endo, OB, peds, ortho and general. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● ACLS, BLS and PALS are required. ● Provider must enroll in Indiana PCF.
