● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA ● Employment Status: 1099 ● Location: Tulsa, OK ● Salary: $300,000 base with potential up to $350,000+ Additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week ● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD ● Call: Call required - shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average 2-4 calls per month; more available by request ● Case Types: General, Urology, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery. No open-heart cases. Some cardiac-related procedures (e.g., EP labs, vascular) may be included. ● Special Requirements: New grads welcome!
