Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

•  Provide ongoing clinical supervision for therapists providing psychotherapy services 
• Co-sign progress notes and Treatment Plans for all supervisees requiring co-signature 
• Availability for consultation with clinicians as needed to provide further clinical support and guidance 
• Using available data and clinical metrics in supervision to guide discussion and conversation with the clinician 
• Crisis supervision and support as needed for addressing clinically urgent or crisis situations 
• Reviewing productivity, completion of record-keeping, and attendance of clinician at clinic, and related issues

A Clinical Supervisor should:

• Have at least 3 years experience supervising clinicians
• Be supportive, patient, and a positive person
• Function well as part of a dynamic team
• Licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC
