Depending on experience, you can make $33.65 - $41.82/hour. You'll work 40 hours per week with flexibility in your schedule. In addition to the inherent rewarding nature of the position, you'll also enjoy the following benefits and perks:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology
  • Current professional license from the WA State Department of Health (or in the process of obtaining one)
  • Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children
  • Ability to get on the floor and play with the kids
  • Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality
  • Social and creative mindset
  • Self-motivation to do an amazing job and make a lasting difference for the kids
  • 2+ years of professional experience - preferred
  • Spanish fluency - preferred

Our Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist works closely with a talented multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure children with developmental disabilities and delays receive the individualized support they deserve. With an enthusiastic and energetic attitude, you'll engage with the kids, perform evaluations, and develop a tailored treatment plan. Focusing on aspects like feeding, language, speech, and other areas, you'll identify each patient's needs and implement the care plan to support their growth.
