Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (tenured recruiting experience in lieu of education considered)
• Knowledge of ABA therapy preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Exceptional time-management skills
• Ability to recognize the qualities of a strong candidate for our BCBA, BCaBA and RBT positions across multiple states
• Knowledge of Google and G Suite applications and comfortable performing several virtual interviews daily. 
• Experience using recruiting software, especially JazzHR, sourcing websites and social media platforms
• Must have reliable internet connection
• Reliable transportation and the scheduling flexibility to attend career fairs in and around MD, WV and PA
• Previous recruiting experience is required
