Costing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product costing, variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting aligned with SAP systems.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in costing, preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (English Section); CMA certification is a strong plus.
• ERP Proficiency: SAP expertise is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage costing activities across production lines.
• Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize cost structures.

Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
