The Project Manager in Life Cycle Management is responsible for projects with a focus on product transfers and API changes in internal and external manufacturing networks. Additionally, contributing as a team member to build a strong Life Cycle Management to ensure business continuity, growth and market supply.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Provide crisis and risk leadership to anticipate, mitigate, and address potential project impacts.
Operational Excellence:
- Plan and implement Life Cycle Management projects in all aspects (e.g., timelines, budget control, stakeholder management, risk management).
- Establish and maintain effective communication plans and channels for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure GMP-compliant documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle, driving standardization and harmonization of project tools.
- Provide regular status reports to management.
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize global processes and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Support the definition of future projects by providing expertise on expected parameters (timelines, inputs for business cases, etc.).
Governance and compliance:
- Uphold a culture of quality, safety, and compliance, fostering a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project-related risks and issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Over 7 years of proven expertise, with a strong focus on project management in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-project programs at an international level, preferably within regulated environments.
- Strong track record in managing and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders, both internal and external, including strategic suppliers and business partners.
- Experience implementing and utilizing digital tools for project, portfolio, and data management (e.g., MS Project, SAP, TrackWise, Power BI).
- Solid experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
