Employee and Labor Relations Program Manager

This role will be remote with travel up to 25%.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field, preferred.
• 7-10 years of Human Resources experience with significant emphasis on Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, required.
• Previous experience handling complex employee relations investigations and workplace conflict resolution, required.
• Labor relations, collective bargaining, grievance management, or union campaign experience, preferred.
• 5-7 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization, including hourly associates and senior leadership, required.
• Experience providing guidance and consultation on employee and labor relations matters, required.
• Experience analyzing workforce data, trends, and metrics to develop actionable business solutions, preferred.
