2nd SHIFT CNC MACHINISTS

As a CNC Machinist, you will operate CNC milling/boring/turning machines equipped with FANUC controls to machine castings and forgings into precision components for industry-leading customers. This role requires a strong machining background, blueprint reading skills, and experience holding close tolerances while maintaining the highest quality standards.

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM

• →Operate CNC machines utilizing FANUC controls.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• →Perform precision machining operations while maintaining close tolerances and surface finish requirements.
• →Complete basic machine setups, tooling changes, and necessary adjustments.
• →Run multiple machines when production needs require.
• →Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
• →Verify product conformance to customer and engineering specifications.
• →Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience, formal training, or a combination of both.
• Experience operating CNC machines with FANUC controls.
• Knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, light setups, and CNC machine operations.
• Experience machining castings, forgings, and close-tolerance components.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
