Production Associate- Assembler

Overview

The Assembly Associate supports the production of acoustic products by assembling components, following job orders, and inspecting finished products. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to meet quality and production expectations in a manufacturing environment.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: Starting at $19

Essential Duties

• Assemble acoustic products and components according to the work order.
• Measure acoustic products with tape measures to ensure the felt meets the client’s requirements.
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, appearance, and conformance with specifications.
• Identify and report damaged materials
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in housekeeping and continuous improvement activities.

Secondary Duties

• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed.
• Organize tools and supplies.

Qualifications

• ·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• ·       Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• ·       Ability to read work orders, follow job specifications, and use basic measuring tools accurately.
• ·       Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and grasp up to 50 points.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive moments throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery and tools.
