Responsibilities

→Researching and writing policies: Conducts extensive research on a range of IT, Cyber, Data and AI issues and develop draft policy documents while ensuring clarity, coherence, specificity, and alignment with other organizational or government policies and regulations.
→Preparing operational and strategic plans: Contribute to the preparation of operational and strategic plans to guide government or organization initiatives.
→Identifying emerging trends: Monitor and analyze policy trends that may impact the organization or agency. Provide recommendations that inform policy decisions or adapt existing policies to suit emerging changes.
→Maintaining and updating databases: Maintain and update databases that contain policy information, research, and statistics.
→Sharing information regarding policies: Communicate policy updates via various methods
→Collecting policy feedback: Gather feedback to learn more about how policies affect others and identify ways to improve them.
→Writing reports: Write reports for policymakers, government officials, and members of the public that are evidence-based, well-structured, and effective at communicating policy rationale.

Requirements

A minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
Experience developing decision-quality materials (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings) and driving executive action tracking.
Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio/program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy (including vendor management and enterprise licensing concepts).

Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes
Experience with with AI architecture patterns (model hosting, vector search/RAG, data pipelines, APIs, orchestration)
Experience briefing senior leaders and driving cross-team delivery.
