Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Office Administration, or a related field.
Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, payroll processes, and confidentiality requirements.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience supporting operations in construction, transportation, facilities, logistics, or field service environments.
