Responsibilities

  • → Monitoring and supervising studies and construction works
  • → Preparing reports and providing updates to the Project Director

  • →Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (Technical University / University)
  • →Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction sites for building projects
  • →Relevant experience in office buliding construction and buliding renovations will be considered an asset, as well as experience in similar studies for private or public projects
  • →Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets
  • →Excellent Command of English (written and spoken)
  • →Good knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and information evaluation skills
  • Ability to set priorities and respond promptly to project needs
  • Diligence, consistency, and adherence to procedures
  • Experience with Law 4412 regarding Public Works will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project will be considered an asset
