We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive performance across our UK Distribution Centre. You'll work with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights helping us make smarter decisions.

• →Building and developing Power BI dashboards and reports that bring performance to life.
• →Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• →Producing reporting across key areas including warehouse performance, labour productivity, inventory, transport, service and costs.
• →Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews with meaningful data and analysis.
• →Improving and automating reporting processes to save time and increase visibility.
• →Ensuring data is accurate, consistent and trusted.
• →Working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide insight that helps solve them.

• Strong Power BI and SQL skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and turning data into useful insight.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• A naturally curious mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work at pace.

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Fabric, AS400 or Manhattan Active WMS.
• Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution Centre experience.
• Financial reporting, budgeting or cost analysis experience.
• Knowledge of DAX optimisation.
