Distribution Systems Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and optimising Manhattan Active WMS across EMEA distribution sites.
• Assisting with system configuration for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Troubleshooting system, device, and process issues and coordinating resolutions with IT and operational teams.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing, deployments, and new functionality rollouts.
• Developing SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials.
• Analysing operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for Manhattan AWMS-related queries.

You'll have experience supporting warehouse management systems within an IT or systems-focused environment and be comfortable working with both technical and operational stakeholders.

• Robust experience supporting Manhattan Active WMS
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and warehouse devices.
• Experience supporting testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multi-site or international distribution environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience with APIs, Postman, XML, and EDI.
• Continuous improvement and process optimisation experience.
