Are you an organised people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?


We're looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us, from recruitment and onboarding through to internal moves, employee support and offboarding.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who's looking to broaden their HR knowledge, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle and become a trusted part of a busy and supportive HR team.


Responsibilities

No two days are quite the same, but you'll be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including:


🔹 Supporting recruitment activity by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and preparing offer documentation.

🔹 Delivering a great onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring everything is in place for day one and beyond.

🔹 Supporting internal promotions, transfers and other employee changes.

🔹 Managing employee leaver processes and ensuring records are maintained accurately.

🔹 Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.

🔹 Supporting payroll and benefits administration, particularly during busy periods and team absences.

🔹 Assisting with employee relations administration, including family leave documentation and note-taking.

🔹 Coordinating right-to-work checks, HR records and compliance activities.


Throughout it all, you'll help ensure our HR processes run efficiently, accurately and provide a brilliant experience for our employees.



We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.


You'll likely have:

🔹 Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Co-ordinator role.

🔹 Experience using Workday or a similar HR system.

🔹 Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.

🔹 The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.

🔹 Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach.

🔹 A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and identify improvements.

🔹 Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

🔹 Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths, or able to demonstrate equivalent written communication and numeracy skills.

🔹 An understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.


Nice to Have

🔹 A CIPD qualification, or you're currently working towards one.
