• →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• →MBA preferred, but not required.
• →3-5 years of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and/or Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably supporting a similar business environment or a high-volume, fast-paced organization.
• →Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• →Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• →Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• →Strong computer proficiency; experience with Workday preferred.
• →Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and general HR practices.
• →Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
• →Flexibility to work hours that may vary based on business needs, including occasional off-hours support.
