We’re seeking a skilled and self-motivated Machine Millwright to support our high-performance golf ball manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll independently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You’ll play a key role in enhancing equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with a dedicated team to drive production excellence. From preventive maintenance and system modifications to fabrication and diagnostics, your versatility and technical expertise will help shape the future of our manufacturing process. • Trade school diploma preferred

• 3–5 years of industrial equipment repair experience

• Strong technical background with own trade-related tools

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment
