The LinkedIn Ads Specialist is responsible for independently managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on B2B objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and demand generation. This role requires solid platform experience and the ability to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end; define audience targeting strategies aligned to client objectives and budget.
- → Audience & Targeting Strategy: Build and manage audience segments using LinkedIn's B2B targeting options; support account-based targeting approaches to reach the right decision-makers.
- → Budget & Performance Optimisation: Manage campaign budgets and bidding approaches; monitor spend pacing and key metrics; identify and act on opportunities to improve lead generation efficiency.
- → Testing & Creative Optimisation: Run structured tests on ad formats, copy, and audiences; use results to refine campaigns and improve overall performance over time.
- → Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance; produce regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- → Cross-Platform Coordination: Work alongside other paid media and marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and aligned activity across channels.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. LinkedIn advertising certification is preferred.
- Experience: Around 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads or paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or B2B marketing environment.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; familiar with web analytics and reporting tools; experience integrating campaigns with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Analytical and data-driven; strong attention to detail; clear written communicator for client reporting; self-managed and able to handle multiple accounts at once.
- Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is an advantage for B2B client-facing work.
