About the Job

Our esteemed Australian client, a trusted equipment hire provider, is looking for an Inside Sales Lead Generator. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by conducting proactive outbound calls, identifying potential leads, and booking qualified meetings for the Australia-based Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify growth opportunities for client websites. 
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic. Optimize website content, metadata, and structure following SEO best practices. 
• Manage link-building campaigns and monitor backlink quality and domain authority. 
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using analytics tools. 
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO alignment. 
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2-3 years of solid SEO experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and website auditing. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Language: Must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
