The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis position is responsible for supporting the Finance Dept. with an emphasis in FP&A and analyzing key financial metrics. They will also be responsible for assisting in monthly forecast planning and annual budget planning. This will include managing rolling forecast templates, forecast models, and performing cost analysis. This position will also work with our Operations Team to analyze our margins and track KPI’s for our Business Units. This should lead to providing recommendations to Senior Management to improve our profitability and allow the organization to meet its strategic goals.  

• →Work with department managers to create corporate budgets. 
• →Implement budget and reporting system including evaluating and recommending software.  
• →Develop real time cash forecasting reports. 
• →Develop debt reports to manage line of credit and other term payouts. 
• →Provide financial analysis and reports as required. 
• →Work with department managers on specific reports to assess specific insurance payer returns. 
• →Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. 
• →Maintains professional and technical knowledge. 
• →Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management. 
• →Developing financial projections and building financial models. 
• →Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports. 
• →Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports. 
• →Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes. 
• →Understanding key business drivers. 
• →Assisting project teams with financial guidance. 
• →Performing research and analysis as required. 
• →Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. 
• →All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. 
• →Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA. 
• →Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required. 
• →Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program. 
• →Perform other related duties as assigned 

• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. 
• Working knowledge of financial strategies. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
• Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Expert level of Excel skills including but not limited to pivot tables and advanced formulas 
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems as well as system interaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred 
• Three (3) years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling is required 
• Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in HME, Distribution or Healthcare environment
