This is a hands-on, high-impact role at an exciting moment: Addepto is in the process of integrating with KMS Technology, and you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the combined organization shows up in Europe from the ground up. You'll work closely with colleagues in the US and Vietnam — the US team in particular brings deep expertise in event strategy and campaign execution, giving you a real opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners while building out the European playbook.

Responsibilities

Experience in marketing (at least 3-4 years), ideally with exposure to event coordination and/or campaign management
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones
Interest in (or experience with) inbound marketing, SEO, and how AI search is changing content discovery
Excellent written and spoken English
A collaborative mindset - comfortable learning from and working closely with international teams (US, Vietnam)
Based in Poland

Nice to Have

Prior experience working in a B2B tech, consulting, or IT services environment
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
