Group Market & Liquidity Risk Specialist (all genders)

To strengthen the Addiko Bank AG Branch Zagreb Team and to achieve our entrepreneurial mission and vision, we are looking for a:

• As a Group Market & Liquidity Risk Specialist, you will contribute to our risk management activities, supporting the preparation of reports and analyses while developing your expertise in the field.
• You support the preparation of Group risk management reports and contribute to materials for the Group ALCO Committee.
• A key focus area of the role is IRRBB management. Familiarity with relevant EU regulation or willingness to build expertise in this area is highly valued.
• You contribute to the monitoring of IRRBB developments and support initiatives related to risk capital allocation and optimization of risk exposure.
• You assist in the execution and analysis of market risk stress tests and support the preparation of IRRBB-related reporting.
• In addition, you provide support in the development and maintenance of market risk methodologies, models, and related risk management tools.
• You help ensure the quality and timeliness of market risk reporting and support regulatory reporting processes.
• You participate in a variety of market risk activities, including daily reporting, accounting-related analyses, and monthly derivatives-related tasks.

• Experience in Market & Liquidity Risk Management is a strong asset, as is familiarity with financial regulations and EBA guidelines or a genuine curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• An excellent communicator in English, able to translate complex topics into clear, practical insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with SAS, SQL, R, or Python is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work, with a strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
