As the RN for our Personal Care Services program, you will help ensure clients receive exceptional care and that caregivers are supported, trained, and successful in their roles.

• →Conduct client assessments and develop plans of care.
• →Perform supervisory visits with personal care staff and aides in accordance with state regulations.
• →Monitor client status and identify changes in condition or service needs.
• →Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• →Provide education and guidance to clients and caregivers.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• →Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, Medicaid requirements, and HIPAA standards.
• →Support quality assurance and risk management initiatives.
• →Communicate effectively with office staff, caregivers, families, and referral partners.
• →Assist with care coordination and service oversight for our personal care program.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally within the service area.

• Experience in home care, personal care, case management, or community-based services.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
