Two-week rotating schedule:
Weekdays: 5p–3a
Weekends: 8a–8p
Rotation: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
What We Offer

~1 min read- →Serve as the primary triage nurse for after-hours patient and family calls, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate care
- →Evaluate physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family well-being and involve the interdisciplinary team as needed
- →Communicate proactively with attending physicians, team members, and partner agencies to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- →Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to families
- →Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including care plans, progress notes, and updates
Requirements
~1 min read- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum two years of professional nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills
- Ability to support families through emotional stress and diverse lifestyles
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
