Work 10-hour shifts, with schedules covering 12p‑10p and 1p‑11p, preferably 7 on 7 off. Complete all patient care duties within shift; no call or overtime required. Collaborate with APP support staff in patient care. Possibly float to other Lee Health facilities (LMH, HPMC) for urgent coverage.
