Manage labor and delivery, including performing deliveries (1-3 per shift). Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries as needed. Participate in 24-hour beeper call coverage, with average callback hours of 8-12 per shift. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
