Manage 24-hour shifts including 12 hours of in-house coverage and 12 hours of beeper-based home call. Perform admissions, rounds, and discharge planning for pediatric patients. Respond to emergencies and provide acute care management. Collaborate with nursing staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
