Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations. Provide mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention. Determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports. Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
