Business Analyst

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement with detailed documentation to help our business become more efficient with an ability to deliver value in an agile manner.

This role can encompass a variety of responsibilities, including:

• →Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, PMO, Purchasing, Quality teams to understand their needs and priorities.
• →Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.
• →Project Management: Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.
• →Service Management: Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.
• →Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• →Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.
• →Training: Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies 
• →Alignment to IT Goals: Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Align with Adient IT Goals
