Maintenance- Electrical/ Mechanical

In this position, you will be responsible for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance activities that keep production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. • →Perform preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• →Support equipment changeovers and complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• →Diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a live production environment with minimal disruption to operations.
• →Perform quality checks to ensure equipment consistently meets production and performance standards.
• →Collaborate closely with maintenance, production, and support teams to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• →Complete all required training in compliance with Adient and customer standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Millwright, Electrician, or Machine Repair Technician within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive sheet metal stamping preferred.
• Experience working with large transfer and progressive dies is a plus.
• Working knowledge of PLCs required.
• Ability to work Second Shift: 1:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
• Comfortable working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
