→Manage and Coordinate Daily Route Manifest Log.
→Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met- communicate concerns to supervisor
→Updates Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive.
→Manage the Dock and Yard Inventory Trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines of replenishment.
→Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet.
→Manage and maintain accurate paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard.
→Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements)
→Coordinate any logistics to and from outside warehouse/s.
→Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis.
→Diligently maintains records of packing slips
→Maintains records of returnable containers
→Maintain system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization. (TUMS)
→Able to work with minimum supervision.
→Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable)
→Must have up-to-date forklift license.
→Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures in assigned production areas.
→Maintain all BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management
