Responsibilities

→Develop and manage the annual Training Master Plan
→Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skill Assessments
→Coordinate internal and external training programs
→Organize training program including venue, materials, instructors, and vendors
→Maintain training records and update training systems accurately
→Conduct employee orientation programs for new hires
→Organize employee activities such as: Attendance recognition programs,Long service awards
→Promote employee engagement and motivation
→Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture
→Manage time attendance records and prepare data for payroll processing

Requirements

Follow customer’s requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR & General Affairs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is preferred
Experience in a multinational company is an advantage Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Experience in a multinational company will be an advantage.

Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, Wear proper PPE
Follow & no violation on the safety rule, WI, Procedure.
To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.
