POSITION OVERVIEW
Registered Nurse – Join a Compassionate and Collaborative Care Team.
We’re looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our client's team! If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care, working collaboratively with a supportive team, and making a real difference in patients’ lives, we’d love to hear from you. Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process and meeting the established standard of nursing practice and performance. Demonstrates leadership competencies while in charge of acting as shift resource/team leader.
High Priority for RNs in the following specialities: NICU, Theatre, Med/Surgical and Emergency / Critical Care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Take full responsibility for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating individualized care—including discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with case management and other departments to help reduce patient wait times and length of stay.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation for all aspects of patient care.
- Quickly report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to the Head Nurse.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to continuously improve the quality of care and advocate for patients and their families.
- Support a culture of safety by identifying potential risks and following all patient and staff safety protocols.
- Be mindful of costs by using resources efficiently and responsibly.
- Play an active role in achieving high standards of care and patient satisfaction, including leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor new staff and nursing students, helping them grow their confidence and skills.
- Respect and incorporate cultural awareness into patient care.
- Contribute to department projects and nursing initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
- Stay current with best practices, share knowledge, and support ongoing professional development—for yourself and your team.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree of Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse with active nursing license from country of origin.
- Two years recent nursing experience in any of these key areas: NICU, Theatre, Med/Surgical and Emergency / Critical Care
