Talent Acquisition Sourcer

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet critical hiring needs.

• →Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• →Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions.
• →Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
• →Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms.
• →Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
• →Support recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs.
• →Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
• →Leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations.

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
• Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
• Strong candidate engagement and screening skills.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry.
