Responsibilities

Champions legal innovation, AI-readiness, and process improvement — with genuine curiosity about emerging tools, regulatory trends, and what comes next. Takes full accountability for the region's legal health and the performance of each member of the team — not just individual matters. Acts decisively, holds self and others to account, and role-models the strong work ethic and business partner attitude expected of the whole team.
