Director, HR Business Partner

We are looking for Director, HR Business Partners to join our organization, each aligned to distinct areas of the business:

  Serve as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior executives within the organization.

• →

  Lead talent and succession strategies to ensure leadership efficiency.

• →

  Address root causes of human resources issues with a methodical approach.

• →

  Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business.

• →

  Advise on organizational structure and workforce planning, driving organizational efficiency and fostering an inclusive culture.

• →

  Embed scalable people processes improving performance, engagement, and growth.

• →

  Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo.

• 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience.

• Proven experience in organizational development and leading through change.

• Proven experience practicing HR or equivalent experience in an Enterprise SaaS company is a plus.

• Strong business insight, connecting people strategies to organizational and company priorities.

• Strong leadership, influencing, problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Intellectual curiosity and use of data and insights to inform decisions.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

• Ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
