- Everyday use of AI tools to improve program management practices, including project planning, risk analysis, and communication with collaborators.
- Ability to apply AI to boost efficiency and impact, including faster information synthesis, sharper risk identification, and higher-quality communication.
- Judgment to determine where AI can improve speed, quality, or scope of impact and initiative to incorporate new AI capabilities into your workflow.
- Experience applying AI proficiency to globalization/localization workflows, such as AI-assisted machine translation and automation.
- Familiarity with AI quality-estimation and automated linguistic QA tools applied in release pipelines, along with the skill to identify when human review is essential.
- Curiosity and a proven track record of experimenting with new AI capabilities and converting them into measurable efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drive the globalization lifecycle of internationalization, localization, release, and marketing content across products.
- →Develop project plans with key achievements, ensuring progress within time and budget constraints.
- →Drive globalization platform agenda and exert ownership in realizing the state-of-the-art vision
- →Coordinate schedules, planning, and risk management across various teams and vendors.
- →Define the approach for the product localization group and join product team meetings and global launch efforts.
- →Identify and address gaps in product global-readiness and drive continuous improvement.
- →Communicate project status to Group Program Management and offer clear suggestions for addressing risks or issues.
- →Educate product teams on world-readiness and localization processes.
- →Advocate for AI-enabled tools and automation, building the argument for scaling successful pilots.
- →Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and support peers on globalization processes.
- →Partner with senior management on group initiatives and contribute recommendations on projects outside direct ownership.
- →Support cross-product process improvements, including localization workflow/automation and AI-tooling roadmaps.
- →Contribute to Adobe-wide vendor strategy and take part in vendor business reviews.
- →Use analytics, including AI-assisted analysis, to inform regional strategy and customer experience improvements.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–8+ years of program/project management experience with exposure to globalization, localization, or international product delivery.
- Verified, active involvement in using AI tools to refine program management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to handle schedules, budgets, and collaborations with multiple departments and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear status updates and recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience at a global software company managing localization for a SaaS or desktop/mobile product portfolio.
- Familiarity with localization/TMS platforms, CAT tools, and AI/MT engine integration.
- Experience negotiating with and managing LSP or other outsourced vendor partners.
- Data-savvy with the ability to create straightforward dashboards or employ AI-powered analytics tools to aid decision-making.
