EX Vendor Specialist 2
This is an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe as an EX Vendor Specialist, where your work will directly contribute to seamless financial operations. You'll be responsible for completing end-to-end invoice processes, benefit-related payments, and payroll-adjacent funding activities, including 401(k) retirement plans across various regions and employee benefit programs. Success in this role means ensuring payments are accurate, timely, compliant, and ready for audit.
Responsibilities

- →Manage shared invoice inboxes and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- →Review PO and non-PO invoices for accuracy, completeness, attachments, dates, amounts, and coding.
- →Submit invoices through Ariba, GEP and Accounts Payable workflows.
- →Track invoices through approval, posting, and payment.
- →Resolve payment blocks, overdue invoices, banking discrepancies, and approval delays.
- Coordinate supplier credit memos and ensure accurate application to future invoices.
- Manage refunds and validate credits are posted accurately against purchase orders in SAP.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Disbursements to clear credits and resolve discrepancies.
What We Offer

- Validate payment amounts, value dates, and beneficiary details.
- Digitally approve and release high-dollar wire transactions within required deadlines.
- Communicate wire confirmations to Cash, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.
- Redact employee PII from all documentation prior to submission.
- Follow naming conventions, folder structures, and document retention standards.
- Ensure segregation of duties and adherence to internal financial controls.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for benefit and payroll vendors.
- Work closely alongside the Accounts Payable department, Payroll, Treasury, Total Rewards, Compensation, and Business Owners.
- Provide status updates, handle partner concerns, and resolve time-sensitive issues.
- Maintain trackers and reconciliations supporting payroll funding and invoice execution.
Requirements
