Adobe's Monetization Strategy & Growth team drives hundreds of millions in incremental ARR across the C&P portfolio. We're hiring a Principal BizOps & Programs Lead to serve as the Chief of Staff to the Senior Director of Monetization Growth. You'll be equal parts operator, strategist, and cross-functional connector - running the org, driving alignment across products and surfaces, and extending the organization’s impact into GTM, Product, Eng, and PMM teams.

Org Operations & Planning

  • Own the operating cadence: staff meetings, All Hands, QBRs, OKR cycles, and cross-functional planning rhythms
  • Drive headcount planning, opex/T&E budgeting, and resource allocation with Finance and HR
  • Lead people & culture initiatives across a globally distributed team
  • Ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are communicated, and follow-through happens

Cross-Product Roadmap & Program Leadership

  • Drive cross-team, cross-product, cross-surface roadmap alignment spanning all audiences (Creator, CPro, BizPro), and commerce experiences
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs from scoping through execution across multiple squads and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain frameworks for tracking initiative health, dependencies, and risks

GTM Extension & Executive Leverage

  • Act as a trusted extension of the head of Monetization Growth to core members of GTM leadership - representing priorities and ensuring alignment with Consumer GTM, Regional Sales, and Marketing
  • Synthesize complex information into crisp, exec-ready narratives for leadership consumption
  • Represent the Monetization Growth POV in cross-org forums as needed

Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Liaison

  • Drive select high-priority special projects from scoping through execution and readout
  • Serve as a key liaison on emerging enterprise-wide initiatives that require high degree of discretion - partnering with cross-functional teams to assess implications, communicate key considerations, and ensure the org is well-positioned
  • Identify and champion opportunities to embed agentic AI workflows into team operations — modeling AI-forward ways of working and driving adoption that accelerates how the org plans, synthesizes, and executes across functions

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles within a technology or digital commerce environment
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams, with the ability to engage substantively on roadmap, experimentation, and delivery topics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage organizational operations, including budgets, headcount planning, and planning cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in executive-level settings
  • Self-directed and proactive – comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving clarity without waiting for direction
