Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Discover problems. Spend time with clients and associates to surface unmet needs, then size and rank them before anything is built.
- →Formulate hypotheses. Frame each problem as a testable hypothesis with success and kill criteria agreed up front.
- →Prototype in days. Turn ideas into clickable prototypes and agentic proofs of concept, then put them in front of real users fast.
- →Work AI-first. Use AI tools daily for research synthesis, PRDs, prototyping, test data and analysis. Evaluate new tools and set working practices for the team.
- →Measure and decide. Instrument every experiment, report outcomes rather than output, and make scale, pivot or stop calls on evidence, with compliance, security and privacy built in for payroll and HCM.
- →Create experiences. Shape differentiated client and associate experiences, and move validated concepts into BU products with clear owners, funding and an evidence bar.
- →Persist and influence. Present learnings to leadership, align stakeholders, and turn each failed experiment into a sharper next one
- An owner. You take initiative, make well-reasoned bets, and stay accountable for the result.
- Hypothesis-driven. You separate assumptions from evidence, design the cheapest test, and change course when the data says so.
- Resilient. You stay with ambiguity, skepticism and failed experiments, and bring integrity and judgment to work that touches pay, tax and compliance.
- A hands-on builder. You prototype yourself, work fluently with AI tools, and are comfortable with Agile delivery and experiment design.
- A clear communicator. You listen deeply, explain trade-offs simply, and defend ideas to clients, engineers and senior stakeholders.

Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years in product management, with a record of taking ideas from concept to measurable outcomes in enterprise software, HCM or payroll.
- Hands-on experience with AI and agentic tools, prototyping, and experiment design, including metrics and basic statistical thinking.
- Experience working with Agile engineering and UX teams, and with compliance, security or data privacy partners.
