As a National HCM Consultant III, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines to solve clients' challenges and fuel their business success. You will work with clients who have 1,000+ employees. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients when they reach out. However, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. Be the client’s Go-To Person and Trusted Advisor

• →Serve as a consultant in servicing all modules of ADP's HCM software solution, ADP Workforce Now
• →Use breadth of expertise to support ADP's clients
• →Work to resolve issues and to identify and provide solutions through root cause analysis via the use of effective communication and analytical skills
• →Work on complex setups/programming

Be a Networker and Relationship Builder

• →Build relationships with clients and leverage your deep understanding of ADP's products and services to provide solutions to issues and questions. Help build a client's understanding of our product's value, exceeding clients' expectations in all your interactions
• →Provide recommendations to ADP leadership around potential best practices, product and support processes enhancements, based on client input or experience

• →Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity with appropriate statutory laws, or legislative rulings that impact clients

• →Collaborate with internal stakeholders/teams on cross-functional initiatives, create processes, and/or solution client specific situations.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years as a HCM Consultant using ADP Workforce Now.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in post-secondary education and experience (Preferably in business and/or human resources management)
• A strong focus on client satisfaction in a relevant industry or as a payroll/HR practitioner with systems experience.
• Ability to support new hires/team members in building their skills/knowledge and day-to-day queries.
