Product ManagementProduct Manager

ADP is hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Payments team.

This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our Pasadena CA location and not eligible for remote.

If you’re energized by complex product challenges, large-scale user impact, and the chance to

shape experiences that matter every day, this could be a strong next step.

In this role, you’ll lead product strategy across payments-related workflows, digital experience

transformation, and integrations. You’ll focus on improving how associates and clients navigate

critical journeys, reducing friction in complex processes, and delivering experiences that are intuitive,

scalable, and effective.

You’ll work across engineering, design, operations, and risk to bring new capabilities to market and

improve existing ones. This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strong product judgment

with execution rigor, enjoys working across functions, and knows how to turn ambiguity into clear

priorities and measurable outcomes.

Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents, automation, and intelligent support

experiences, is helpful in this role. AI is a growing part of how we solve problems here.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect in the role:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for payments-related experiences across internal tools, client-facing capabilities, and connected solutions
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities that improve workflows, simplify complex tasks, and create better associate and client experiences
  • Lead workflow and experience transformation efforts across payments journeys, with a focus on usability, efficiency, and reducing friction
  • Translate client needs, market signals, operational realities, and ADP priorities into clear product requirements and roadmap decisions
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, operations, risk, and key stakeholders to bring enhancements and new capabilities from concept through commercialization
  • Support product initiatives involving AI agents, automation, and intelligent experiences where they can improve navigation, service delivery, and task completion
  • Measure product effectiveness and business impact, using outcomes and insights to refine priorities and guide future investment
  • Communicate product direction with clarity and confidence, including explaining tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and advocating for roadmap decisions

What Makes You Successful in This Role

You’ll do well here if you’re comfortable owning a product space with real complexity and visibility.

You know how to:

  • Take command of a product area and create clarity across competing priorities
  • Work effectively with Agile teams and move ideas through product delivery cycles
  • Ask sharp questions that uncover the real problem behind a stakeholder request
  • Balance strategic thinking with practical execution
  • Influence across a broad set of stakeholders, even when priorities differ
  • Document and communicate clearly so both technical and non-technical audiences can quickly understand the work
  • Stay close to market trends and bring strong product instincts into roadmap and investment decisions

You’re likely at your best when no two days look exactly the same, the product space is evolving, and

the work requires both judgment and adaptability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally spanning payments, workflow platforms, digital experience transformation, or related product domains
  • Experience building product strategy and managing roadmaps in cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience bringing products or major enhancements from concept to market
  • Comfort working across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams \

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience improving complex internal and external user journeys
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities, including AI agents, automation, or intelligent support experiences
  • Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, integrations, and workflow-driven product experiences
