Assess and recommend solutions using Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
Apply Agile frameworks and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

5+ years of experience in RPA, Business Analysis, or Intelligent Automation.
Strong knowledge of Classic RPA and Agentic RPA.
Experience in process discovery, assessment, and requirements gathering.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate is a plus.
