Software Team Leader - Low code

• →Lead, mentor, and support a team of low-code developers.
• →Manage project delivery, resource allocation, and development timelines.
• →Design and oversee scalable solutions using low-code platforms (Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.).
• →Establish and enforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
• →Oversee integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
• →Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and performance.
• →Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• →Resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• →Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• →5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in low-code platforms.
• →2+ years of team leadership or technical management experience.
• →Strong expertise in at least one major low-code platform.
• →Experience with SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, and application lifecycle management.
• →Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies is preferred.
