  3. Establish good communication and a solid aftermarket service relationship with customers and improve their satisfaction to become a loyal customer.
  4. Build positive relationships with customers. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
  5. Reporting work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
  6. Collect service market information and feedback to service superiors.
  7. Collaborate with technical team and share information across the organization. Share, instruct and coach other colleagues with products knowledge and gained experience.
  1. At least 8-year customer service or engineering experience.
  2. Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
  3. Knowledge of IC test theory.
  4. Self-starter with a positive and optimistic manner.
  5. Willing to travel.
