Responsibilities

→Transportation Management: Coordinating shipping, selecting carriers, and planning routes for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
→Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely shipment delivery.
→Compliance & Customs: Ensure all imports/exports adhere to international and local trade regulations, including tariffs and licenses.
→Sales Order Management Coordination: Coordinated local deliveries and international export operations in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
→Supply Chain Coordination: Managing the end-to-end flow of materials, including purchasing receiving process, tracking, and receipt.
→Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating internally with colleagues, team members, managers; and externally liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
→Documentation Management: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading (air waybill), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
→Process Optimization: Analyzing data to improve logistical efficiency, reduce operating costs, and solve disruptions.

Requirements
