Test Technician

Job Description

• Normal schedule will be 9:30a - 6:00p Monday-Friday. Subject to change depending on business needs.
• Perform functional testing of products to support production quality assurance, schedule priorities, and warranty evaluation.
• Perform visual inspection and precise manual positioning of small components under microscope.
• Configure test equipment hardware and initiate recipe scripts using a computer user interface.
• Interact with computer networked drives to download test script recipes and upload test results.
• Interpret test results (pass/fail) and send unit to next step.
• Enter transactional job information into a computerized job scheduling application (MRP).
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Windows 11 computing environment and able to use common computer applications (spreadsheet, printer, file explorer, email, chat, web based timesheet, others as needed).
• Comfortable with identifying small features and defects, with normal eyesight and under microscope.
• Capable to perform delicate-steady-precise positioning of parts during setup, testing, and inspections.
• Exceptional attention to details and discipline to follow procedures.
