Responds promptly to all donor referrals and performs initial suitability screening.

Rounds on all referrals and manages relationships with ICU physicians and nurses.

Assists the Organ Procurement Coordinator and team leader with referral-related activities.

Coordinates donation huddles to communicate donation action plans. Evaluates patients for organ and tissue donation suitability.

Communicates donation plans to hospital and OPO staff.

Work Experience:
• 3+ trauma center, emergency care, or other critical care experience [Preferred]
• Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) [Preferred]

• Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Preferred]
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Preferred]
